Instructional Manuals, Product Constructs, Help Files, and more
For Teleflora, I wrote and edited context sensitive e-help files, as well as produced their internal and external release notes, newsletters, instructional manuals, and more. This material is protected and cannot be reproduced for viewing. For JPMorgan Chase, I created product constructs, feature documentation, email communications, and more. My creative work has been featured in a handful of literary publications. Interactive Training Modules
I've developed several e-learning modules for Teleflora's Consumer Direct department, the Outlaw Sales EZOR module only one example of these projects. These modules were created with Articulate 360, featuring multifaceted user interactive quizzes, tutorial videos, and more.
Media Content Development
Software Simulation Demos and Tutorial Videos
I created content for Teleflora's IT and POS departments, such as software simulation demos and tutorial videos. This example is a video focusing on Dove POS Order Entry functionality for taking Carry Out and Pick Up orders. I developed this video using Adobe Captivate.
